The death toll is rising. Just got word that 700+ people have died due to the flash flood in my hometown. 1000+ are still missing. 100,000 residents are homeless.
I have attached some pictures of the calamity. This was an unusual storm/typhoon. It was a westerly course that rarely hit my hometown. The water rose from the river in a matter of an hour.
I have closed friends who are victims and homes destroyed because of the flash flood. We need your monetary help.
